Under Construction....

Our Gingerbread House, that is! We had so much fun building and decorating it tonight! The kids probably ate as much candy as they put on the house, and there was icing EVERYWHERE!

Here are some photos of our evening!!!

The countdown is ON!

Ashlyn informed me she needs a calendar. So she can cross of the remaining days until Christmas. I have 2 very excited kids- and one kid who is excited because the others are excited! Ellie has been so fun to watch the last couple weeks- and even more so the closer we get to Christmas. I can not wait to see the look on her face when she sees all those presents under the tree Christmas morning! She has had a hard time staying out of the gifts already under the tree- they're all for her cousins and she has unwrapped 2 of them!

I am adding some pics of the kids taken the past couple days....

Welcome!

We've moved, obviously! I admit, it was a purely cosmetic move- I learned I can have adorable backgrounds here on blogger, so I will try to make myself at home here. As long as picture posting goes well, we're here to stay!!!

Excitement over Christmas is building at rapid speed- the kids are officially on Christmas break and LOVING it!
I am busy getting the house, gifts, and food ready for the holiday- which has become very difficult to do, because I learned I have a herniated disc in my back. It hurts- badly- but I am dealing with it. My wonderful big sister is coming over tonight to help me wrap presents!

Now- drumroll please- I will try to post a photo. Keep your fingers crossed!
